Goucher College in Towson, Maryland, has very generously waived 4 years of tuition for one student in the Iraqi Student Project, at a value of approximately $140,000.  The ISP Baltimore volunteer group is responsible for fundraising to cover room and board, health insurance, books, and personal expenses.  The budget below details our fundraising needs.
